Talk about filling someone's heartspace! Second purchase with Ana's shop. Reached out to Ana to customize another gem stone bracelet for me. Instant response. Her customer service speaks volumes! As the very next day my bracelet I had purchased the year prior, had snapped and all the tiny little stones went everywhere. Vacuumed all the stones to re- weave on to the wire and it was quite clear how much time and love Ana puts into her works of art. She honestly has such a gift of meticulous patience. Sadly, there was no way to repair it. I reached out to Ana to see what would repair it. Without a second thought, she would make another bracelet for me and ship it along with my new purchase. My new ( cosmic origin) bracelet is everything and stunning! Channeling those new energies as we speak! So worth the wait! TY Ana
